1. Registration and Membership
a. Only use English in this forum. The owners of Point Talk Forum reserve the right to remove, modify, move any message expressed on this forum for any reason.
b. Register member directly. Never sign up under a different username. If any multi accounts are registered, all multi accounts will be banned and warning will be given to the first account.
c. If there are problems with your Logging In. Please feel free to ask us for assistance and do not register under a different username.
d. If a member which has been given warning or banned want to recover the account, please contact Administrator. The administrator will investigate the possibility of recovering the account. Do not register under a different username.
f. Do not buy and sell account.

2. Message ans Posting
a. Any message of members expressed on this forum is not necessarily the opinion of the forum owners. No message of members should automatically be think of as fact. You draw your own conclusions independently with regard to the message and will be responsible for your own behavior.
b. The following message is strictly forbidden on this forum: , , sexually harassing, Hate speak,Stalking,Hijacking; s, pharmaceutical sales; MLM, online gaming; Swindle,attack program,software piracy,cheat or hack script.
c. Do not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law.
d. Also do not post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.
e. Do not start multiple posts concerning the same issue for a short time, go up topic by useless reply and contrive to boost post views. Do not beg for money on this forum.
f. Do not beat censored words by using a trick and post anything that has been censored by the forum.
g. Do not post outgoing link in ChatBox.
i. Image within post maximum width 600 pixels.

3. Spam
a. Do not spam on this forum. Do not give and accept reward to promote member related, such as posts and reputations.
b. Do not post any promotion, referral, or affiliate links, except in the "Payment Proof Display", "Cooperation and Rebate", "Referral Deals", "Referral Exchange", and "Downline and Advertising" boards.
c. Also do not spam through PM.

4. Signature and Avatar
a. Only using the default text font size and the maximum of text lines is 4. Blank between lines of text is also counted as a line. Size restriction of image posted in a signature is 468 x 60 and 1 banner are the maximum.
b. Custom avatar maximum width 120 (pixels) and maximum height 120 (pixels).
c. Do not use Signature to post and link to the message forbidden by our forum. The owners of Point Talk Forum reserve the right to remove, modify, move any Signature expressed on this forum for any reason.

5. Infraction
a. First Infraction - Warning
b. Second Infraction - Banned

6. Addition
a. Point Talk Forum has separate rules for various boards.
b. The rules cover most common conditions, buy they can not contain every possible situation. The owners of Point Talk Forum reserve the right to modify the rules and will posting such changes here. View here often to take note of modifications.

I have checked rules but I can't find anything about paid to post offer there. If this is no paid to post forum actually, when it will launch? Is there any fix date for this?
